- Fun, untamed island terrain around ancient dunes, through a maritime forest, beneath arching trees, out to water overlooks.
- Fort George Inlet and Point Isabel, famous for its clear waters, and panoramas of marshes, sand bars, and dunes.
- Sprawling oaks, giant magnolias, and aerial gardens of ferns, and Spanish moss, and orchids, as well as native plants used by Timucuan Indians for food, shelter and medicine
- Ribault Club, a gracious waterfront clubhouse from the 1920’s surrounded by stately palms and lush greenery
- Gopher tortoises and bird sightings that include: Ospreys, Herons, Wood Storks, Roseate Spoonbills, Ibises, Egrets, and the rainbow-colored Painted Bunting
