Please Note: Custom tours and times available by
special arrangement for groups of 8 - 10. Tour capacity is 10 riders.
Minimum age: 13 • Maximum weight 250 pounds.
Please note: We will be closed for vacation Wednesday, September 15 through Tuesday September 21. However, during this period, we will return calls for questions/reservations each evening between 5:00 and 7:00PM.

Reservations
- Reservations are required. Please call (904) 251-9477 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Advance reservations are strongly encouraged. If we are out of the office, please leave a message indicating your requested tour with the date and number of spots you'd like to reserve. Our tours get filled quickly, and we hold spots in the order that the calls come in.
- 48-hour cancellation notice necessary for refunds. No charge if we cancel due to weather. You will be fully refunded if weather causes us to cancel your tour right up to tour time.

(Please note: The best time to reach us in the office is from 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. in the mornings, 12:30- 1:30 p.m. noontime, and from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the evening. The rest of the time we're usually on tour, so please leave a message including your name, contact number, desired tour, and number in your party. We hold spots based on the order in which the calls are received. Thanks!)

Tour Requirements
- All riders must be at least 13 years of age and under 250 pounds (no exceptions).
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- A fun, relaxed Segway-riding Training session included before each tour.
- Riders are required to wear a helmet and headset provided by EcoMotion Tours.
- For your safety, cell phones may not be operated while riding the Segway.
- Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to each tour.
- All participants must sign a Liability and Personal Responsibility Waiver.
Training & Equipment
- No Segway riding experience necessary. You will be trained how to properly operate a Segway. It's fun and easy to do. You'll enjoy our open, grassy practice field where you'll learn to ride.
- If you are late and miss any portion of the training, you will not be able to join our tour and will forfeit your fee.
- Helmet, headset, Segway pack and bottled water provided.
- Our wireless headsets are used for riding tips, trail sightings, and information about the Island's fascinating plant and animal life.
- Maximum group size is ten (10) riders.
What to wear
- Clothing that is appropriate for the weather.
- Please wear flat, closed-toe shoes or sneakers. No flip flops.
What to bring
- Camera, binoculars, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug repellant, etc. (a small front pack is mounted on the Segway for these items, 10lbs maximum)
