Reservations
- Reservations are required. Please call (904) 251-9477 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Advance reservations are strongly encouraged. If we are out of the office, please leave a message indicating your requested tour with the date and number of spots you'd like to reserve. Our tours get filled quickly, and we hold spots in the order that the calls come in.
- 24-hour cancellation notice necessary for refunds. No charge if we cancel due to weather. You will be fully refunded if weather causes us to cancel your tour right up to tour time.

(Please note: The best time to reach us in the office is from 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. in the mornings, 12:30- 1:30 p.m. noontime, and from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the evening. The rest of the time we may be on tour, so please leave a message including your name, contact number, desired tour, and number in your party. We hold spots based on the order in which the calls are received. Thanks!)

- VISA, MasterCard, and EcoMotion Tours gift certificates accepted.
Tour Requirements
- All riders must be at least 13 years of age and under 260 pounds (no exceptions).
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- A fun, relaxed Segway-riding Training session included before each tour.
- Riders are required to wear a helmet and listening device provided by EcoMotion Tours.
- For your safety, cell phones and cameras may not be used while riding the Segway. However, there is always a photo break for picture taking on each tour.
- All participants must sign a Liability and Personal Responsibility Waiver.
Training & Equipment
- No Segway riding experience necessary. You will be trained how to properly operate a Segway. It's fun and easy to do.
- Sorry, but if you are late and miss any portion of the training, you will not be able to join our tour and will forfeit your fee.
- Our wireless headsets are used for riding tips, trail sightings, and information about the Island's fascinating history, plant, and animal life.
What to wear
- Casual clothing that is appropriate for the weather.
- Please wear flat-soled footwear or sneakers. No flip flops or walking Shape-Up shoes (or other curved rocking shoes).
What to bring
- Camera, binoculars, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug repellant, etc. A small front pack is mounted on the Segway for these items (10lbs maximum).
Do we tip the guides?
- After the tour, it is customary to extend a small gratuity to the guides. All tips are shared and greatly appreciated!
